Constituency
Westminster was in recess the entire month of September so I took advantage of this to visit a whole host of business and organisations in Inverclyde. Among the places I visited and the people I met were:
The Sea Cadets, Hawthorne Boyle, Promedics , Riverside Inverclyde, James Watt College, Port Traders, Garvel Clyde, Riverside Taxis, National Semiconductor, the Scottish Association of Mental Health’s Gateway Project, Social Protection Team, PCS Union, CVS, Notre Dame’s Head Teacher, the Greenock Telegraph, Inverclyde Leisure, Larkfield Housing Association, Devol Engineering, Alzheimer’s Scotland. Inverclyde Council senior officials, Cloch Housing, Kip Marina, Larkfield Housing Association, AMG, the Greenock Fire Station, Solas, Notre Dame prize giving, Renfrewshire Electronics and Caledonian MacBrayne to name but a few!
Surgeries
During September I held surgeries in Boglestone Community Centre, The Parliamentary Office, Gourock Library, Craigend Resource Centre, Branchton Community Centre, and the Kilmacolm Community Centre
