Constituency During May I met Axiom consultancy who are helping Riverside Inverclyde strengthen their community links, the traffic police who updated me on problem spots in the constituency and council officials who gave me an overview of their latest plans for the area. I also spoke to pupils in St Stephen’s High School and Inverkip Primary about my job as an MP, met representatives from the Arts Guild and attended St Martin’s Golden Jubilee and the opening of Dunlop Court in Port Glasgow. Westminster At Parliament this month I met with the National House Building Council, senior managers from T-Mobile, the Transport Minister and the Community Union. I also sat on two Statutory Instrument committees, appeared on Politics Now and met the Norwegian ambassador. Additionally, I saw representatives from Amec and went to STV as part of the Industry and Parliament Trust fellowship which I am doing. Surgeries Held surgeries in the Parliamentary Office, Boglestone Community Centre, St John’s Church Hall in Port Glasgow, Wellpark Mid Kirk and the Gamble Halls.
